Formed by a collective of experienced interior designers, architects, and digital artists, we bring together creativity and technical mastery to craft spaces that transcend trends.

Our portfolio spans London, Monaco, Courchevel, Los Angeles, Miami, and Mumbai, serving discerning clients who value authenticity, craftsmanship, and innovation.

Co-Founders of AIR DESIGN LAB have spent over a decade honing their craft in some of London's most respected design studios, including Candy & Candy, David Linley, Helen Green Design, Morpheus & Co, 1508 and the Maybourne Hotel Group.

Along the way, they've brought to life homes in London, Los Angeles, Monaco, Courchevel, Mumbai, and Miami - each one as unique as the people who live there.

Together, they founded their studio with a simple philosophy: to create homes that feel authentic, comfortable, and timeless. Every project is shaped around the client, their lifestyle, and their story - which is why no two homes ever look the same.

Co founders of Air Design Lab, Laurence and Jakub have been collaborating for over a decade, delivering cutting-edge solutions in the digital world. Today, they partnered with Above Designers to transform the virtual realm into reality.

Jana Pflimpflova

Creative Director & Co-Founder

With a foundation in both architecture and interior design, Jana combines strategic thinking with a deeply artistic approach to create spaces that are intelligent, emotive, and timeless. Jana's career includes senior roles as Lead Designer and Design Manager within some of London's most renowned high-end design studios. Now working independently, she continues to deliver high-profile projects distinguished by creative vision, precision, and a refined sense of detail.

Laurence Roscoe

Business Developer & Co-Founder

Laurence, President of Air Animation Incorporated for over two decades, has led the company in delivering more than a thousand virtual architecture projects worldwide, helping facilitate real estate transactions worth billions. Starting his career in traditional hand drafting, he gained a strong foundation in craftsmanship before embracing virtual architectural animation and collaborating with leading Toronto VR studios. With expertise in architecture, project management, and luxury real estate marketing, Laurence combines artistry with strategic vision. His latest venture, Air Design Lab, unites timeless design, architectural innovation, and advanced visualization to create elegant, forward-thinking spaces of lasting value.

Jakub Sniadecki

Technology Director & Co-Founder

Graphics, design, and CGI are Jakub's passion. Over the past 20 years, he has had the opportunity to work in many places — including the USA, London, Singapore, and the UAE — where he has delivered projects for some of the world's top companies. Each project is a unique challenge for him, with the ultimate goal of achieving a satisfied client.
